My Philosophy of Education

My philosophy about education
There are many things have been said of the teaching profession.” It is said that this is the noblest of all professions.” No one will be successful if there were no teachers who taught for their students.
Teaching is not a job. It is more than a job. It is merely a mission to carry out. We, teachers, are called not only to instruct pupils/ students in our own field though this is our basic task and to do it well is a valuable service but to be good influences on them. We, mentors, have the courage to influence our students, in order to influence them to love learning. According to Henry Adams that  “A teacher affects eternity; no one knows where his influence stops.”Bare in mind that, never underestimate your power as a teacher. Never underestimate your power to make a difference in the lives of your pupil/students.
Teaching is your profession. It feeds on continuing professional education. This is your calling. This is your mission, to be a good influence on the young and impressionable. It is a very noble one. Our pupils and their parents, your co-teachers, your superiors and especially you yourself and GOD have their  eyes/ your conscience on how well you will answer this calling or carry out you mission.

 What Professional teacher really is?

Merely calling a teacher is not enough to facilitate the 4 walls of the classroom, instead there should be a firm weapon to face various kinds of problem inside of your parameter. That weapon is your LICENSE. The professional teacher is the licensed professional who possesses dignity and reputation with high moral values as well as technical and professional competence; teachers must adhere to, observe, and practice a set of ethical and moral principle standard and values. Dedication to the job of teaching is the true essence of professionalism.  In order to see the output of your dedication, the teacher must facilitate learning through expertise in his/her subject and well-skilled in the science and art of teaching. He/she must have a pleasing personality and a model of values, and most especially he/she must have a passion for teaching sense of humor, patience and enthusiasm.
